BASIC ROLE INFO 

I am not going to get into an exausted indepth description for each

role, but I plan to paint a brief discription of what is expected of each

role....

DPS

you have 1 job and 1 job only....

burn stuff down... depending on the situation: Boss or Mobs...

Learn to stack your power effects to gain extra damage per second...

protect your healer and controller... 

Tank

you have a unique job, your job is to hold the agro of certain mobs or bosses. this relieves the rest of your allies from mass damage...

you are NOT a dps, you are not there to do damage, thats what dps are for...

R1 (BLOCK) is your best friend...

Healer

your job is to keep everyone alive...

you do not need to be in the heat of battle, hang back and throw heals...

take on small task so the dps can concentrate on burning stuff down...

controller

controllers have a couple jobs...

1). keep your group in power, always have a P.O.T  (power over time) up...

2). debuff bosses and mobs to make them easier for dps to burn down...

defense debuff:  is most important, damage debuffs and healing debuffs have small

effects on larger bosses and mobs...

It is a good idea to have a shield for you and your allies,

and a good pull or encase in your loadout...
